Zuruni.io (the "Platform", "Service", "Website") and the "Zuruni" brand are owned and operated by Kartblue ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our digital business card builder, or interact with our services. By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect
We collect information to provide a smooth, functional and optimised digital business card experience. Account data: when you register, we collect your name, email address, password and account configurations. Card profile data (User Content): any information you voluntarily choose to display publicly on your digital business card, including phone numbers, social media handles, job titles, company names, physical addresses, website URLs and images. CRM and lead data: if you use our Pro or Business plans, we store the contact details, notes, tags and follow-up data of the leads collected through your card's contact forms. Payment data: all billing is processed securely by our external payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers; we store only transaction statuses, plan types and the payment references our gateway returns. Usage logs and device data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, referring URLs, device identifiers and timestamps of visitors interacting with your digital card links.
2. How we use your information
We use the gathered information strictly for operational, security and optimisation purposes. To operationalise the Service: building, hosting, rendering and serving your digital business card to the public. To manage accounts: processing upgrades, managing your two-year price lock status, and tracking monthly or annual billing parameters. To run CRM tools: enabling Kanban board views, tags and follow-up alerts for your premium metrics dashboard. To provide customer support: responding directly to your enquiries and resolving backend technical issues. To maintain platform security: detecting, preventing and stopping fraud, spamming, phishing or terms violations.
3. Data sharing and global transfers
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data to third-party marketing companies. Third-party service providers: we share data with infrastructure services (cloud hosting providers, database backups, email delivery systems and payment processors) strictly to run the Platform. Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law, court order or governmental authorities to comply with legal processes in India or other jurisdictions. Cross-border data transfers: because Zuruni.io serves global markets, your data may be transferred to and maintained on secure servers located outside your home state or country. By using the Platform, you agree to these transfers.
4. Data retention and deletion
Active subscriptions: we retain your profile data and User Content for as long as your account remains active. Downgrades and cancellation: if you downgrade to the Free Tier or cancel a paid subscription, premium assets (such as advanced CRM leads or custom domains) will be hidden or deactivated but kept intact for a reasonable recovery window. Account deletion: you can delete your account at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes your user record and the personal data attached to it, including your saved contacts and leads; this cannot be undone. Please note that digital business cards you have published are deliberately kept online after account deletion, so that printed QR codes and links you have already shared do not break. They are detached from your account and no longer identify you as the owner. If you want a published card taken offline as well, delete the card before deleting your account, or write to us and we will remove it. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
5. Security of your data
At Kartblue we take data security seriously. We employ industry-standard security protocols, including TLS encryption for all data in transit and access-controlled cloud databases. While we implement strict structural guards to secure your information, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your privacy rights
If you access the Platform from India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to access a summary of the personal data we process about you, to have it corrected or completed, to have it erased, to nominate another person to exercise your rights, and to raise a grievance with us. If you access the Platform from the European Union or the United States, you hold specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): the right to access, update or delete the information we hold about you; the right to restrict or object to the processing of your data; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time. We extend the same rights to all users regardless of where they live.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use functional cookies and analytical tags to keep you signed in to your dashboard, remember your configuration preferences and monitor platform performance. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may cause certain dynamic features of the card builder dashboard to stop working.
