Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Zuruni.io (the "Service", "Platform", "Website"). The Platform and the "Zuruni" brand are proprietary properties and registered trademarks owned and operated exclusively by Kartblue ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, digital business card builder, mobile solutions, or any associated services, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Platform and must cease usage immediately.

1. Acceptance of terms and eligibility
Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kartblue regarding your use of Zuruni.io. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Amendments: Kartblue reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Account registration, security and conduct
Account creation: To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. Account security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password and username) and for all activities that occur under your account. Unauthorised use: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. Prohibited conduct: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate others, or to upload malicious software, spam, defamatory content or adult material onto your digital business cards.
3. Intellectual property and trademark rights
Trademark and ownership: "Zuruni" is a registered trademark of Kartblue. The Platform, including its software, source code, designs, layouts, graphics, user interface, brand assets, logos and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kartblue and is protected by global copyright, patent and trademark laws. Unauthorised use of the "Zuruni" or "Kartblue" name, logo or brand assets is strictly prohibited. Your content: You retain all ownership rights to the personal text, links, logos, images and contact information you upload to your digital business card ("User Content"). License to us: By posting User Content on the Platform, you grant Kartblue a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operationalising and displaying your digital business card to the public.
4.1 Permanent free tier
Zuruni.io offers a permanent, completely free-of-charge digital business card option (the "Free Tier"). This tier does not require a credit card or trial activation, and it will remain free to use indefinitely. The Free Tier is feature-limited and does not include advanced or premium capabilities. Kartblue reserves the right to modify the specific feature limits, design constraints or view caps included within the Free Tier at any time.
4.2 Monthly plan as trial mechanism
Zuruni.io does not offer free trials for its premium tiers (Digi, Pro or Business). Users who wish to evaluate premium, advanced features before committing to an annual plan are encouraged to subscribe to our flexible, non-binding monthly plan first.
4.3 Price changes for paid signups
Kartblue reserves the right to modify, change or update subscription fees for any of its paid tiers (monthly or annual) at any time. Any such price modifications will apply immediately to new subscriptions created after the date of the price adjustment.
4.4 Two-year rate lock for existing paid users
Active paid subscribers who maintain a continuous, uninterrupted subscription will be granted a fixed price rate lock for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months from their initial upgrade date. We guarantee that your recurring billing amount will not increase during this two-year period, provided your account remains active and in good standing. Following the expiry of the 24-month period, your subscription rate may be adjusted to the then-current market price upon thirty (30) days' written notice.
4.5 Impact of cancellation or plan changes
If you cancel your paid subscription, allow your payment to fail resulting in plan termination, or manually downgrade back to the Free Tier, your two-year price lock will be permanently forfeited. Any subsequent reactivation or new upgrade will be billed at the current market rate listed publicly on the website at that time.
4.6 Strict no-refund policy
Due to the digital nature of the services provided, all paid sales are final. Both domestic (INR) and international (USD) subscription payments — whether billed on a monthly or annual cycle — are strictly non-refundable. Because users can utilise the Free Tier to test basic platform compatibility, and use the low-cost monthly tier to evaluate premium capabilities, upgrading to or renewing any paid tier constitutes full acceptance of the platform's performance and waives any rights to a refund.
4.7 Taxes and processing fees
All displayed prices are exclusive of local taxes, value-added taxes (VAT) or goods and services taxes (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Users are responsible for any regional taxes or currency conversion fees imposed by their financial institution or regional tax authorities.
5. Service availability, downtime and modifications
Uptime: We strive to maximise the availability of your digital business cards. However, the Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Maintenance: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may experience temporary downtime due to maintenance, updates, hardware failures or network issues beyond our control. Feature evolution: Kartblue reserves the right to modify, add or discontinue features of the platform at any time to improve software stability or change business directions.
6. Limitation of liability
No direct damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kartblue, its parent company, subsidiaries, owners and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Specific scenarios: This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of networking opportunities, loss of business revenue, data corruption, or the temporary unavailability of your digital card link during a business interaction. Maximum cap: In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you to the Platform during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
7. Account termination and suspension
Our right to terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and disable your digital business card at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if you violate any portion of these Terms. Malicious behaviour: Immediate termination will occur if your card is found to host phishing scams, illegal content or malicious links, or if your payment history shows recurring fraudulent transactions or unverified chargeback threats. Your right to terminate: You may stop using the Platform and cancel your paid subscription at any time through your dashboard billing controls.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
Local jurisdiction: These Terms and your relationship with Kartblue regarding Zuruni.io shall be governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Dispute resolution: Any disputes, legal actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively before the courts located in India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
